[0.16.9] Offshore Pump not placeable on map edge anymore

I have been playing on height limited maps with no water for quite some time now, i have spent 200 hours on my last map and today i noticed i can't place offshore pumps on the edge of world anymore.

Can we get this feature back?

i think it was very nice to use edge of world as a water source as if we are playing on a height limited maps i have found that water can be a lot of trouble as it can completely block the way so i rather have no water at all.

I always considered this an exploit.
Ribbon world or not it has to behave correctly. You need water to pump and you cant pump "void" being a perfectly lined up infinite water source. Increase your water map settings and deal with related mechanics.
