[0.16.10] Buffer chests not filling player requests

1. What did you do?

I put things into a buffer chest and requested those things from my person (I'm NOT talking about requester chests)

2. What happened?

Nothing

3. What did you expect to happen instead?

I expected to receive the items from my logistics robot.

I tried every version 16.8 through 16.10, in each I version loaded my save game, deleted a buffer chest, built a new one, and reconfigured it, but could not get the logistics robots to give me the stuff from the buffer chest. I have reverted to 16.7 and it works fine on that version.

Please let me know if you are unable to reproduce or need more details.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I have no other logistics chests involving the item in question other than a storage chest which did not contain any of said item.
