[0.16.9] Fluid wagons did not update

After reading that fluid wagons are going to get decreased capacity I wanted to fix some of my trains.
I can see in recipe that new capacity is 25k and it only requires one storage tank to make.

However all trains that I had placed before update still have 75k capacity each.

I think this is working as intended. Once you drain them, they only fill back up to 25k.

Och, I see.
Didn't pay attention after train got drained - have like 10 of them carrying water.

Everything working as intended. Nothing to see here
