I have attached a video that (eventually) shows the inserters refusing to continually feed the centrifuges until I reset the recipe. I have not encountered this problem with any other machines or inserters.

I do not see a problem, it looks like the chest is simply empty and the input from the other inserter is taken by the left one. Post the save before the issue and the player next to it please.

Did you not see at the end when the centrifuges weren't taking on any ore until I reset the recipe. Way easier to diagnose a problem if with the save. (And if you want the devs to actually fix a bug, you want to make it as easy as possible for them to reproduce and diagnose it).

You do not unload U-238 from the centrifuges. NaB.

Just like all other assemblers (and refineries), you need to unload all the recipe results, otherwise the assembler (and the inserters feeding it) will stop.

Right, so the centrifuges need to be empty of both ores in order to proceed to the next run. I have fed assemblers with far more ingredients than they need for one run and they just stop using the inserters to feed them until its all used up many runs later. I thought that was a thing that everyone did.
