[0.16.7] Copy Pasting from assembler to requester overwrites

I might be mistaken, but i remember in 0.15 copy pasting from multiple assemblers to requester chest added the requests together ?

But now if i copy paste from assembler to a requester chest it now overwrites whatever the chest requested.

Example for clarification:

One requester chest, two inserter taking from it, one into one assembler, the other into a second assembler, one assembler makes straight rail, the other one iron sticks.
You copy from the assembler into the requester chest, then, copy from the second assembler to the same requester chest.

Expected: chest requests iron, steel stone and iron sticks
Actual: chest requests either only iron, or only stone, iron sticks and steel, depending on the order of copy pasting.
