Belt replace with hotkey
The new belt replace system could have hotkeys so everyone can use the way they like it.

What ?
The 0.16 belt/splitters/underground replace system bring new mechanics to the game and also some inconvenience to.
The main complain that you see in people post is that it actually make harder to upgrade entire belt lines that have lots of underground and splitters.
So what I suggest is that you can basically have checkbox at the config options

=> Press "X" key to prevent splitter/underground to be replaced by belts

As the 0.16 the default is have that option off.
We can improve that option by allowing the option to act like a switch so you can have it in both ways

=> The game default that always replace everything unless "X" key is pressed
=> The inverse that only replace everything when "X" key is pressed

So the checkbox option could be something like

=> Hold belt replace hotkey to replace everything

and the tooltip

=> When checked the "replace belt hotkey" will be inversed, you need to press the key if you want to replace everything
Why ?
Because it will be useful for everyone, who those like the new 0.16 implementation, who those don't like it, and who, like me, wanna use it some time, and some times not.

Please don't make the interface more complicated that way.

This proposal is very similar to viewtopic.php?f=6&t=55072 .
