[Dominik] [16.3] Server Browser: Server details section keeps scroll position beyond switch

How to produce;
- Find a game with scrollable details
- Scroll details window
- Select a game without scroll

What happens;
- Scrolled details on the first game doesn't show on other games. Since there are no scrollbars, you cannot fix it.

Expected;
- Reset scroll position on selecting another server.

i don't know if they are related but similar bug on mod portal is fixed on next release viewtopic.php?f=30&t=54833
