[0.16.6] elecric info satisfaction and prod. bar wrong

It's my first time in 0.16 building a radar outpost. A single radar with 5 solar panels during daytime should be completely satisfied. Math seems ok, 300kW produced and consumed, still, the satisfaction bar is yellow and below 100%, despite being during daytime, not dusk/dawn. I've attached my screenshot.

Running via steam on ubuntu 16.04, if that counts.

Radars have a small internal battery. If you feed it exactly 300kW the battery will never charge and it will keep demanding more power.

Place and remove an extra solar panel to charge the battery, and it will stay green until night.
