[16.4] Zoomed map has glowing edges

Apologies for it being difficult to see. It was easy to see in game, I just noticed now.

Minor bug if at all.

This is the map view (m) when zoomed in and includes areas not included in radar coverage. The edges of the 'fog of war' are glowing as if lights line the edges.

Again it's a minor bug if it is even consider one but it's the only one I've ever found and I want to help .

I have no idea what you mean from looking at the picture.
Area without radar has red from pollution and blue line from electric network.

Or is it something else?

I know what you mean, but it won't be fixed in 0.16
