Elevated Belts and Bridges

TL;DR
Let us add a new catergory of belts as to get over those pesky cliffs. Also, bridges!
What ?
So you have 3 tiers of these elevated belts, as per usual.
You can place and rotate it just like normal belts, but they can be used to move cargo up.
They also require power, unlike belts, as it requires energy to move the items up.
The more items on the belt and the higher tier, more power is required.
As a side note, you could also make bridges to get objects over structures.
These, however, would cost more than umnderground belts, therefore making the latter a more preferable option.
Why ?
It would add a new dimention to game play, quite literally.
Many players have made complaints about cliffs, so why not make them less of an issue.
You also wouldn't need the spidertron, as you could just go down on the belts. :D
Gonna start playing again with 0.16 build.

I am not sure what problem this would solve. Underground belts can already easily transport "up" or "down" a cliff. Cliffs do not really exist in the game, i.e. there is no actual height implemented. These are just walls that create the illusion of a cliff.

I had the same idea last night.. I think we would have more possibilities and it would look more real to have bridges to handle the cliffs. Also it would be useful to have elevated belts for something like a main bus. Just like a highway or so.. :)
