[16.2] Error when completing campaign objective

Upon completing the objective "Research Automated rail transportation" in the New Hope campaign, the game throws an error when the next objective appears.

First time it was:

thanks, but this has been fixed. update your client.
you will have to start the level over. old saves will still give you an error.
