[0.16.3] Crash when issuing /ban console command

Issue:

On 0.16.3, issuing the following text to the terminal will cause an immediate crash

Code: Select all

/ban

Steps to replicate:
1. On a running instance, type '/ban' at the headless server console or the in game console of a multiplayer game

Notes:
- Replicated in the following scenarios
-- At the server console of a headless server running Ubuntu 16.04
-- At the in game console while hosting a multiplayer game on Windows 10
-- At the server console while connected to a headless server with a non admin user
- I did not test with an admin user on the remotely hosted game, I assume the same
- Log attached from headless server
- Crash verified regardless of user connected or not
- Typing /ban followed by any text correctly attempts to ban the entered user and does not crash
- I tested many of the other multiplayer commands and didn't discover any further issues

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
