I'm not bothered by it, however it came to be. This was one of the first mods I installed which is why I don't feel it was a mod conflict as I notice it right away. I do have it toggled off (not totally deleted), and like I said...I kind like it as I made the personal light set to 4. It all good. Great mod!

Great mod indeed!

However could you remove this part of the graphic (the stick and the base) but leave the surrounding glow and keep the size? This way one can use your lamp with colored signals.
This would be for any of the "light on"-versions.

Just downloaded and tested this flashlight. Overall nice light. Although, it is not like real tactical flashlights but I like this light.

perfect night glasses doesn't work properly post .16.23 (I assume it's because of the changes in light)
Any fix possible?

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed 16.23
tested perfect glasses : put them on then off then on.
everything works ok for me.
can you describe your problem ?

1.0.18 - new alternate short balloon lamp (for laku :-) ).

Would you please put the mod code someplace so someone else could take over maintenance if you lose interest?

Also, it would be really nice to have mod settings that allowed you to adjust various things. At a minimum, it might be nice to be able to turn off your personal balloon light. But, it might also be nice to be able to modify how bright the modded lights were. You could even auto-scale power consumption based on this setting. :-)

I do not understand : the code is available on the mod portal, like very other mods.
And if someone wants to modify it, he just have to ask for permission.

Very keen to check this out, I just wanted to ask ahead of time though--there's someone who posted six months ago in the discussion about the perfect night glasses no longer working as of version .16.23? I was also curious if the glasses make conventional nightvision pointless to utilize, or if there are some lateral differences between these tinted specs or e.g. more advanced nightvision tech. Thanks!

nice mod and i love the big lamps.
i (mis?)use them to easily see from far away the status of some chests and production :-)

but it would be nice if i could simply exchange the high and low lamps with each other
and with vanilla lamps (keyword "fastreplace"). how can that be achieved easily ?

(if binbin would still actively develop and extend the mod, i would ask to please implement this :-)

@steinio: thanks, and it worked nicely to replace lamps. but since i had several different lamps (each with its own problems) and i don't make YT videos, i mostly used it to replace the lamps and then disabled Aotd. unless I'm too busy with 0.17, I'll use less/no other lamps on the next map and instead use Aotd and AotdFRL. thanks again.
