[0.16.2] Alt+Tabbing disables mining

Took some time to realize what was causing me not to be able to mine things/pick things up with right click, but I believe it is caused by alt+tabbing or just clicking on another monitor while in-game. In order to mine things again I have to restart the game, not just reload the save.

Are you using overwolf? Are you on mac?

Overwolf was the issue, thanks. Usually only use it for LoL, but I sometimes forget to close it.

I've also experienced something very similiar in Ubuntu - I never had it before 0.16. I didn't have to restart the game, but I did have to alt-tab back and forth a bunch of times to get mining back.

I believe there are 2 ore 3 independent issues with similar symptoms right now.
