[16.1] Unable to mine

I seem to be unable to mine... or interact with anything on the terrain. When I mouse over trees and ore patches, I do not get the rectangle that usually pops up and there's no information about the entity. I can craft things and I can place buildings but I can't pick them back up.

Happens in campaigns, single player, and multi player (although my friend in the multi player COULD do all of those things)

What is overwolf?
Does it happen everytime with it turned on?

Overwolf is a third party addon/-program for Teamspeak, which creates an overlay onscreen, where you can see who is talking in teamspeak.
ok it can do way more than an overlay, but the original overwolf was for the overlay on the screen...

Yes it's an addon for Teamspeak. I don't usually use it but it does start up automatically with TS. I never ran into this problem in 0.15

disabeling overwolf fixed the problem for me.
As to why it made me unable to mine:
- overwolfs overlay may be incompatable with something in factorio.
- overwolf displays its overlay on the front without rendering its overlay yet you are still controlling the game

(side note: I am not an expert when it comes to programing, however I am a full fledged bug fixer via weird ways)
