Modding documentation has small mistake with quick-bar-count

lists "quick-bars-count" but I was getting errors when using that string with 0.16.x, so I checked /data/base/prototypes/technology/technology.lua and found that it should be "quick-bar-count" (no 's' character)

Hopefully someone reading this can update the documentation 8-)

That reminds me. Did 0.16 change it to be a shortcuts bar, or is it still extra inventory space?

No, gui redesign will come in 0.17
