Rocket Silo recipe is missing

Hello everyone! I'm playing a multiplayer game with a friend (without any mods installed) and we've got to the point of building our first rocket silo....the problem is that we don't have the rocket silo recipe shown in our crafting list, either using manual crafting or the yellow assembly machines. We can craft all of the component for a rocket...but the silo is nowhere to be found. Any clue on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

The silo is in military, are you sure you didn't miss it?

I'd suggest using the search function and search or 'silo'

Yeah, I tried the research command and it doesn't show in my recipe list. The same while using a factory. We're to the point that we've researched every single recipes except for the ones that requires the space science pack.
