Inserter read inventory to circuit network

I am proposing to add a feature to read inventory on pickup/dropoff points to circuit network for inserter.

This will allow:

• Reading contents of specific cargo wagons for trains
• Reading input buffers for various machines. Looking at Nuclear Reactor.
• Possibly other cool stuff

I think this feature can really add much to the game and it makes sense cause inserters actually act based on the above knowledge.

Inventory combinator:

Adds a combinator that reads inventories of locomotives, wagons, cars, furnaces, assemblers, roboports, rocket silos and reactors.

I would like to add the ability to read missing construction items also... like the ones that flash on the bottom of the screen. Would love to be able to read that in a circuit network.
