Unfortunately, the issue is affecting all of the autosaves for this map.

New games work. Other save files work.

I've restarted the game and my computer. I'm running Windows 10 Home.

I'm running the vanilla game.

There where several bits flipped in the ID of a biter spawner. That specific kind of corruption often indicates bad RAM - you might want to try running this overnight: http://www.memtest.org/ and see if it spots anything.
