Mod startup settings on server

Mod startup settings on server

From in-game, is it possible to update a mod's startup settings on a headless server, from a client on a PC?

i.e. Should clicking 'Apply' in the mod startup settings screen, send any new values to the server?

(i realise these won't apply until the server is restarted).

No, since the server has no GUI you have to edit the file directly.
