Pumps should be able to pump between fluid wagons

What?

Right now you need 2 pumps in order to pump liquid from one fluid wagon into another.

We should be able to pump directly from one fluid wagon into another.

Why?

Seems silly to limit pumps to connecting to just one wagon.

You can't do single sided buffer for a train without putting the storage fluid wagon 2 pumps away.

You can't have trains giving their contents to another train without two pumps between them.

...huh. I never thought about that. Cool idea though. The thing is, it porobably wouldn't work well if at all with the current animation.

I think the logic is a train pump only has one hose to connect to a train, it can either connect forward or backward and I kinda think that makes sense. But it's certainly an interesting thought.
