malcolm2073 and I have both found that the download links, once logged in, do not support resuming (IE11 or Firefox). For a file of 100MB or so, resuming can be very helpful for those with slow/unreliable Internet.

But the problem there was an error where firefox was tricked into believing the file is complete.

Not much we can do at the moment I am afraid. We are looking into using other data provider than s3 which should be faster at least.
