so my game after it loads up, says "failed to determine external ip address. other players might not be able to connect"
1: i know its not my router.
2: this has been an issue since i got the game 2 years ago
what do i do?

You are not receiving an answer from the ping pong servers, since this is not a recent issue for you, the most likely cause is some kind of firewall is filtering the outgoing or incoming packets. Did you setup port forwarding in your router?
Try to ping the server with:

and correction i havent been able to play multiplayer ever since i got the game
