[Dominik] [0.15.35] joining a mp save again may restart your character

I'm not sure what is causing the problem but I was playing with ColonelWill and MojoD on their spacex playthrough last night (2nd of October),
logged out when Will ended his stream last night,
logged back in tonight (3rd of October) when Will started the spacex playthrough again
and there i was without my items and gear from the previous night.

if it matters, i could upload my savefile from before logging of last night and a new one from tonight

What I'm guessing happened:

• 1. The stream ended.
  2. He turned the server off and downloaded the new save.
  3. He started a new server the next day from that save.
  4. You don't have your items because when the map was downloaded the download didn't include the other players.

If this is the case, I wouldn't consider it a bug.

the server is hosted on a separate computer by some other guy and never takes down the server unless to reset or update the server

Was the server reset or updated between those two nights?

Post the current save, the save before the issue and your log please.

Does the server have user verification enabled? If not, it is possible your username (Options->Other) has changed and you don't get matched with your character because of that.
