[15.34] Freeze when "Loading sprites..."

I normally play on my MacBook pro, but I decided to try to play it on my iMac (bigger screen). Game freezes at "Loading sprites...89%". I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling, which didn't work.

Try the following steam launch option:

Oh thank you for the response.. I was thinking I'd get an email notification.

It ended up working for me after steam prompted me to copy my saved files down from the cloud. After I did that, it worked and I saw a normal loading time. Now the interesting thing was the really very crappy graphics that I found while playing. Do you think limiting the texture might help with that too?

No, I assume your settings changed with the download.
