Dear Friends,
i need to upgrade virtually my whole plant from yellow to blue, after eventually settiing up oil and going straight from yellow to blue. Saw on youtube videos people using upgrade planner. Wow, this is cool, me too. So i installed the mod, made a blueprint of the part to upgrade, set the planner, change the blueprint correctly and place it down with shift-leftclick hoping it would replace only the different parts. Surprisingly the yellow stuff seems quite resilient since nothing happens at all. Could somebody be so kind to give a hint what i am doing wrong?

Re: [Noob] upgrade belts with upgrade planner
Many thanks, sorry for this typical noob question. And thank you not only for the answer but also for creating this nice little tool.

I would personally vote for integrating most of your mods into vanilla as they are just a must have things in any game:Klonan wrote:Use the upgrade planner tool:Vexirk wrote:Dear Friends,

- Upgrade Builder and Planner - Can't play any game without it at all. It is so convenient to use. I understand that its "instant" replace looks a bit cheaty but I can easily close my eyes on this in regards to its usefulness. If it would upgrade ghosts as well I would just cry!
- Laser Beam Turrets - like wtf are those slugs vanilla laser turrets are shooting? Laser woot?
- Expanded Color Lamps Why the biter are those not yet in vanilla?
- Military Research 5 - how cool is that
- Robot Battery Research so underrated feature!
