Hello Factorio, I have an idea for Creating a Mods Profile option. This would allow to switch between mod profiles instead of removing them or disabling them under the mods section. For instance if you wanted to play Bobs you click your bobs mod profile which enables everything you want for that game play. Same for Yuoki and so on. Might also be a good place to create a mods list export button so when you have friends playing the game you can just export and email them what mods they need to join.
Just an idea thank for the great game!

Thanks for the link. But I still think it would be a great option within the game at some point. This way we are not relying on 3rd party tools.

Until such a feature gets added, you can emulate that by copying around mod-list.json and mod-settings.json from the mods directory. One stores the mods you have activated, other the settings of those mods.
It's not exactly user-friendly but beats manually toggling mods and reconfiguring settings.

Factorio also has a vanilla feature that lets you decide which mods to load, the --mod-directory startup option.
Using that you can make several shortcuts for Factorio that each launch a different modset, see here for details.

Download the zip-version and you have a lot of copies of the game.
