Login Issues on Multiplayer [0.15.33] Steam Version

Hi,

I'm having a similar issue to those previously reported where the game loses my login information and favourite servers. This has been an intermittent issue through all the iterations of 0.15 I have played, once logged in though it usually remembers my login for a while. However this time I'm am having a further problem. When entering Muliplayer -> browse public games I'm prompted to log in with the 'User login' UI, after logging in, apparently successfully, I'm prompted with a second 'User login' UI this time without the 'Create Account' button. I can't get past this. It would appear that it's attempting to automatically join a password protected server (not sure, never been on one) without showing the server list first. Clicking cancel on this second login sends me back to the root of the main menu. Also tried after disabling Steam Cloud, same result.

At this point with anything else I would normally re-install the game but I'm worried about losing everything so haven't, yet.

I also get this bug on the non-steam version (when using an account linked to steam).

Edit: I've managed to connect through direct connect, which still asks for login, but it works.
