Hotkey for Armor Fitting Dialog? (0.9.8)

Hello,
I would like to equip "Night Googles" and "Exoskelet".
Someone here in the forums mentioned an "Armor Fitting Dialog" ?

But where is it?

You have to be wearing either modular armor or one of the power armors to use equipment. To get to the fitting dialog you just right-click the armor.
