Make minimap scroll with view in map mode

When you walk around your base the minimap scrolls with you so you are always centered.

When using the map the minimap is still displayed, but stays centered on the player.

Since you can now zoom in and interact through the map if you have radar coverage, I find myself doing a lot of inspection throughout my base in map view. However, it is pretty easy to lose track of where you are sometimes.

Suggestion: have the minimap always centered on the center of the current viewport, i.e. also scroll the minimap when moving around in map view.
