Transferring save games between computers?

Would there be any issues transferring a save file from my laptop to computer? The former is vista 32 bit and the latter is windows 7 64 bit. I hope there is not any problems that could arise from this difference, as i really want to continue my 10+ hour save on a faster machine

It should be no problem. I have my save folder in dropbox, and alternate PC's which run Win7 and Win8 to play on. It should even work with saves made in linux or OSX.
