Server is not responding while trying to join any server.

When I am trying to join any server im always getting the same error even though i know that the server is up and running and works for every one else. When I try to download the map im always getting the error that the server is not responding. And in the slim chance I actually menage to connect to a server which takes between 10-100 trys I will get the same error as soon as the server saves the map. I have added one of my game logs to hopefully get help fixing that problem. Also it doesnt matter which game version I use it is always the same problem and I have checked my firewall.
