Balancing splitters.

Okay so one yellow belt is 13.33 items/s.
Yellow splitter is at 13.33 items/s aswell.
Since the splitter is 2 lanes, should not this number be 26.66?
It feels like the splitter has undergone some kind of nerf, as my splitters are outputting a wierd ammount for being balanced.
2 lanes goes in and splits off to 2, the ammount of material on the out end is not 100% full on one of the 2 outputs.

If splitters were only processing 13.33 items per second, you would get half-full output, not merely "not 100% full on one of the 2 outputs". I suspect your inputs are not fully compressed.

If you have two fully compressed inputs, it will give you two fully compressed outputs. Therefore, the devs overlooked it and copied it from yellow belts, or it's per lane, or something.
