Underground belt entrance of a certain colour always link to the first underground belt entrance of the same colour in front of them.
So, make the first pair yellow and the second pair red, and your setup will work. (Or any other pair of two colours)

Thanks, i suppose that would work for the time being...

I think it'd be cool if there was a way to manually link underground belts of the same colour together, in your own "custom" order with something like red/green wire or just copper wire or something like that.
Then again, i'm not sure how well a mechanic like that would scale, with obscenely large mega-factories and such. :/
Might just make a personal mod for something like this if i feel the need to then. :3
