Version change messed up my factory

I think my game crashed and now when I load my save file, it loads a newer version of the game. A lot of my factory is now broken because of this. How do I revert back to the previous version the save file was using?

If you are using steam, choose the 0.14.23 beta (in library: right click on factorio -> properties -> betas tab -> ...). This branch will not receive any updates anymore, so unless you leave the beta you will play the old game.
