Screen Tearing

Good Morning,

Since the new update, i've been getting a massive amount of screen tearing. In full screen on my Radeon 7950 i'm getting tearing frequently. I've got the Vsync checked off within the game itself, i've also tried to force vsync through the catalyst drivers. I've got hundreds of hours up to this point on the game and this problem only presented itself recently any help would be greatly appreciated. It does not tear when in windowed mode, but that is an unsatisfactory solution. Any settings that i can mess with or if anyone else has had a similar problem and figured out a solution that they can share, i would be very grateful.
