Just can't figure out how to use fish, can anyone please tell me?

lol it's on here somewhere but try clicking on it in various ways at various times (like after fighting creepers)
Don't want to be too specific since some people like to figure things out for theirselves

well as long as he knows there is a use then he'd keep trying and eventually he'd try when he was injured just statistics. or he could read the 2 or three posts that have been made about fish (much easier if using the search forum option than manually looking). Though I will admit that I found out through a comment someone had made on here as well.
