Also I would be interested in Report.wer file. It should be located in one of the folders starting with AppCrash_Factorio.exe_ in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\

Trend Micro antivirus might be blocking Steam version in your case. I am not sure what Trend Micro doesn't like on our 0.15 build.clairaoswald wrote: report.wer

Unfortunately I can't turn off the antivirus or access any of the advanced settings as this is my work laptop. I'm having the same problem, my machine is using Symantec Endpoint. No luck yet.
