Robot Recharge Modifier

Hi,
We can happily modify the robot battery size using a the force modification parameter in LUA, however there is no way (as far as i can tell) to modify a roboports recharge speed for a force.
Is this something that could be implemented - it just seems odd that you can give the robots a large internal battery, but they take multiple minutes to re-charge it.

This also sounds like something Research could go towards.

I don't want to make a mod to do this, I would like it in Vanilla Factorio.
