I checked the update notes and they say the ratios for science are all the same now, but my game client (opt in to 0.15.x beta and updated) is still using old values (or appears to be) under the science tree for stack inserters? This is for upgrades 4, 5, 6, and 7.
EDIT:
I checked in game, and indeed lower level science packs are getting consumed more quickly, so as I thought it's not just a display issue.
