[0.15.26] "smoke me a kipper" achievement lost on save move

I had to move my saves to another computer due to a crash, and my achievements were reset when I did so. Most of them have been updated; however, at this point, I've launched 1171 satellites but the game still has not updated the "smoke me a kipper" achievement.

The achievement status on your account is not saved in a save file but in the achievement.dat.
I assume you have not played 50% of this saves duration on the new computer which is required to gain achievements for it.

Hello, you didn't post your log, so we even don't know if you are playing steam/non steam/zipped version. What system you have etc.
If you just moved your save to different installation that is not synchronized, than yes, achievements are not there.

Ok. So when you play non-steam version the only place where the acheivements are saved in the same folder where your saves are. (In your case, C:/Users/whham/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/achievements.dat)
If you didn't move those to the new computer, you lose your achievements.
The achievement for finishing the game is only awarded when you actually finish the game, if you have a save, that is already finished and you launch another rocket, you won't get achievements related to finishing the game anymore.
