Попробуй докинуть текстур из мода Angel's Bio Processing
Или попроси Articulating через форум исправить мод.

Попробуй убрать все атрибуты у этого файла.

Something is wrong with 3Ra-AngelBobsPack mod. Open %APPDATA%\Factorio\mods and delete 3Ra-AngelBobsPack.zip, then try to start the game again.

妳好但是我找不到3Ra-AngelBobsPack.zip，也沒有mods這個資料夾!遊戲已經重安裝後還是一樣

I am sorry, it is 3Ra-AngelBobsPack_0.0.2.zip or 3Ra-AngelBobsPack_0.0.1.zip. Reinstalling doesn't delete mods. You need to delete them manually if they cause an issue.
