Changes:
1. Range is unlimited (should use less CPU than original mod)
2. Channels and subchannels
3. Receipies and tech are much cheaper
(I wonder why author didn't made 1 and 2 as an option in his mode?...)
Graphics were taken from v 0.14 so tech might be miss-sized

Hi,
Received an error while testing this mod, attached screenshot.
I had started implementing something similar in my Portal Research mod so the player can send circuit signals from asteroid outposts back to their base, so I was just investigating to see if I could make this mod an optional dependency instead!

Fixed. (Some debug code left behind. Commenting out this line solves the problem)

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding -- is there a download link for this? How do I install this "lite version"?
