Missing song in 0.15?

So I was watching AntiElite's any% speedrun, and a really really cool song came on:

Despite having 54 hours in-game on Factorio, I have not heard this song once!

But I figured, 'the songs are picked randomly, maybe I got unlucky..."

So I went to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio\data\base\sound\ambient

and listened to every song. None of them match this one.

I am running 0.15.x on Steam. So my question is as follows: What is the name of this song, and why is it missing from 0.15.x?

The song is one of the trailer soundtracks, which comes with the Soundtrack DLC,

Its not included in the game because it wasn't written as a part of the gameplay soundtrack

So just to check, I can buy the soundtrack DLC, put any of the songs from it in the listed folder, and they'll play in-game / it won't count as modded?

If so, dropping that $7, I NEED this song in my life

Im not sure if it will count as modded for joining MP games,
But you can always play the soundtrack with a external music player while playing the game

I am fairly sure (someone would need to confirm) the soundtrack "DLC" isn't actually DLC, but a music album for external playback.

DLC doesnt mean add on. it means DownLoadable Content. its from the days when the game came on a CD. and everything else was downloaded after.

I thought there was a seperate category on Steam for soundtracks...?
