0.15.x Inventory charges robots

When picking a logistic robot or a construction robot, that has no juice left, out of the air and place it back down, it is suddenly fully charged again, as if the inventory would charge the robot.

Thanks for the report,

This behavior has been around for a long time,
And we are happy to consider it some gameplay feature,
As the alternative would require a lot of additional hassle for no true gameplay benefit

I never noticed this until 0.15, when it became work to get from power armor to the personal reactor, and suddenly I had to use solar panels in my armor for the first time ever.

This is a GREAT way to have decent bot performance while suffering through the pathetic power production of personal solar panels.
