after disable the mod upgrade module https://mods.factorio.com/mods/aaaaaaaa ... adeModules, I still have it GUI on top left (without the icone) :

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next version of 0.15. Existing GUI elements will continue to have this problem but any GUI elements created after the next version of 0.15 will correctly remove when the associated mod is removed/disabled.
