Blueprint Duplication in Blueprint Library [15.20]

Bug: copies of a blue print are added to the Blueprint Library. Another copy is added for each existing copy when the bug is triggered. I didn't realize how bad it was until last night when I found dozens of copies of some blueprints in books that I don't look in often.
I suspect the problem is related to playing the same steam-sync save on two separate computers frequently or more people would have reported this. Blueprints in my character inventory whether in a book or not work fine. The problem is only in the BluePrint Library on the right-side of the panel and affects some but not all the blue prints whether they are in a book or not.

Both computers are running Windows10. Screenshots attached.

Describe exactly step by step what you do for the bp to duplicate.

Klonan thanks for the reply! My problem looked very similar to the linked post but since it called out different OS I wanted to make sure it was the same.

To answer the first reply:
AFAIK starting the game and opening Bluepring Library are all thats required to repro the problem.

I didn't fully realized the difference between the right/left side of the Blueprint Library before encountering this problem and only used the right-side previously. After adding blueprints to the left side yesterday I found it does not have the same duplication issue as the right-side.
