Cant detect external ip

Hello people im new to factorio and i enjoy playing on a server with my friend i have done it before and the server has been working but recently ive got a new pc now factorio says Cant detect external ip plz help me

Change the port forward in the router to the new pc ip address. The last number changes for each device.
