Nuclear Power Issue

I have three columns of turbines hooked up to my reactors. Previously, all three columns would spin up and provide power. Since 0.15.19, only the first column will spin up. I haven't changed anything. The heat exchangers appear to all be getting heat and water, but the turbines aren't getting steam.

It looks like some combination of having six connected nuclear reactors, with only three of them powered up (I haven't needed them), and trying to run all the heat exchangers from a single heat pipe. I removed two of the unused reactors, turned on a fourth, and ran separate lines to each row of heat exchangers. That seems to have made it happy.

The heat pipe seems simply too long, its temperature drops to 500°C so it can no longer feed the HE.
