[0.14.22] UI stuck loading with launch and power statistics

Attached is a game run in sandbox mode with replays enabled. I saved the game when I received a message for launching a rocket, while I had power statistics information in the background. When I load the save, the power statistics appears in the foreground but is unresponsive to mouseclicks, and there is no way to bring the the rocket launch message to the foreground or to return to normal play, and the escape key does nothing instead of showing an pause menu. This is particularly a problem in fullscreen, as then the game is stuck and there is no easy way to exit it.
